Delightful Links for the Weekend {8/6}

This post may contain affiliate links which won’t change your price but will share some commission.

The above picture is from a family hike we took last week. It was beautiful! I'm making a mental note to get out into nature more often.

Instead of sharing specific links this week, I wanted to point you toward some great blogs that inspire and motivate me. I hope they will do the same for you!

SouleMama – The author of three books, Amanda Blake Soule awakens my desire to be more creative at home and with my children. She has some wonderful tutorials. I also enjoy when she posts pictures of corners of her home and get lots of ideas for my own humble abode.

I'm very excited about her new book, Rhythm of Family: Discovering a Sense of Wonder through the Seasons. It comes out next week! (I'm pre-ordering mine today).

A Good and Simple Life – Stacey blogs about living a simple, frugal lifestyle and shares how you can do it too. She talks a lot about self-sufficiency, which I always enjoy!

Stacey also shares some great ideas for strengthening the family, such as: 28 Fun Family Traditions for the Entire Year.

Be sure to check out her recipes too. I've got the Sweet Potato and Black Bean Enchiladas bookmarked to make soon. These homemade Graham Crackers look wonderful.

The Greenbacks Gal – Fun and upbeat, Andrea shares tips for living a green and frugal lifestyle. She also alerts her readers to good deals around the internet and in stores.

I love her Eat Food in Season posts in which she lists what is currently in season, how to look for good produce, and what to do with it.

I hope you all enjoy a nice weekend and make some good memories with your family.

My favorite verse this week:

“As for God, his way is perfect;
the word of the Lord is flawless.
He is a shield for all who take refuge in him.
For who is God besides the Lord?
And who is the rock, except out God.”
-2 Samuel 22:31-32
