Have you tried ginger tea? It's super easy to make from fresh ginger and boasts so many benefits!

Ginger is a staple for many herbalists as it is useful for a myriad of things. I love ginger for stimulating circulation (it great for warming the body) and find it very helpful for digestive complaints as well as cold and flu.

Many love ginger for pain relief too (ever heard of a ginger bath? It's a thing!).

Here's a quick and easy ginger tea recipe for you to enjoy:

Ingredients
1 inch ginger root, minced
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 teaspoon manuka honey

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a mug and fill with warm water (not too hot so you keep the beneficial honey compounds in tact). .
Steep for 5-10 minutes. Drink and enjoy. (You can strain out the minced ginger if desired, but you can also eat it! It's super good for you!).
