Cucumber, Lime & Mint Water Recipe
This refreshing drink is a great way to get more water (delicious and tasty is better than totally boring, plain water, right?).
This combination is also thought to be mildly detoxifying, which is a great bonus!
To make a full pitcher you will need:
- 1 large cucumber, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- 1 handful fresh mint leaves
- 2 quarts water
- ice
Method:
Put the ice, cucumber, lime, and mint in a large pitcher. Pour water over it.
Chill for 15 minutes before drinking.
