Inexpensive and non-toxic, vinegar actually gets things clean! Best of all, my kids can use it, so I don't have to do all the cleaning myself.

  1. I love using vinegar around the house too, I love that I can feel safe letting my kids use it to clean! Those are some great tips, some I had not heard before. I’ll be giving some of them a try.

    I use apple cider vinegar with baking soda as my shampoo/conditioner. First I “wash” with baking soda and water, then rinse that out and pour on some apple cider vinegar with water then rinse out. I’ve been using this for over two years now and have been very happy with how it works.

    1. That’s great Ellen! I’m excited for you. I use Tea tree quite often. Just this morning I added a few drops to the dishes I was washing. It’s great for killing germs.
