Lavender and Sea Salt Body Scrub
This lavender and sea salt body scrub is an excellent example of how to make spa treatments at home for very little money (or effort).
Salt is an excellent exfoliator. Using a body scrub made with salt helps increase circulation and leaves skin soft, smooth, and vibrant.
Since salt can be somewhat drying; it is important to use it in conjunction with a moisturizing ingredient, such as olive oil.
Salt scrubs should not be used on skin that is damaged, delicate, or sensitive.
