Since burning out a few months ago, I've tried very hard to rest more often.
It's taken a while to be comfortable with doing less, but I think it has been the key to my recovery and the lessening of the anxiety that swirled inside me.
This month at Keeper of the Home, all of the writers are sharing a day in their life. I chose to share one of my quiet days since it is a common theme in my home right now.
