If you are following along with the baking cup fiasco, in which I order 4,320 baking cups by mistake, you might be happy to know that Azure Standard is allowing me to return two of the boxes! Hooray.

So, now I only have 1, 440 baking cups.

Still more than the 180 I intended to order, but an amount I can live with none-the-less.

In light of this, I thought it would be fun do a round up of baking cup ideas. You know, just in case you happen to over order baking cups one day.

And while I'm at it, let me ask, what do you call these things: baking cups, muffin cups, or cupcake liners?

My accidental order!

In case you are wondering, the baking cups I ordered were unbleached large baking cups form If You Care. They are awesome baking cups!

Just like parchment paper, nothing sticks to them. In fact, when we had a baking session this past weekend, I was able to slip some of the baking cups off the muffins and re-use. So really, my order of baking cups could last forever!

So, here you go, 45 uses for baking cups (or cupcake liners! or muffin cups!) :

Most of these are real food recipes, and some are even grain-free, so hooray for that!

    1. I don’t have to pay return shipping! I’m so thankful! I just put it on the Azure truck next time it comes through. I will have to pay a small restocking fee, but it’s not much.

I wouldn’t return them if I had to pay shopping either. Would giveaway or sell on ebay probably!

  2. LOVE this! Thanks so much for sharing. I also make my meatloaf in cupcake liners. It cooks faster and each person has their very own personal meatloaf. I have done this with lasagna and with Mexican layer dips as well. Makes me want to cook right now! Blessings!
